The Add New Study button will be grayed out and inactive when the Effigy license for your account is expired. A user of Kenexis Instrumented Safeguard Suite is always able to log into their account, after it has been created, regardless of the license status of any of the application in the software suite. This allows access to view studies regardless of license status. But, if the license for any particular application in the suite, Effigy for instance, has expired, you will only be able to view existing files and not be able to create new studies or edit existing ones.
