STL Studio is a free application developed by Kenexis to assist in import of 3D models into Effigy™. STL Studio is a desktop application which allows the user to modify STL files before import. Modifications include, translations, rotations, resizing, file size reduction and clipping (removing regions from the model). STL Studio is currently only available for windows operating systems.
